We want this site to work for everyone. We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA and test with keyboard navigation and screen readers. If something here doesn’t work for you, tell us at hello@thewayfinderOS.com and we’ll fix it and let you know when it’s done.

What we tested

Every page, by keyboard and with a screen reader, plus automated checks on colour contrast, heading structure, image alternatives, and layout at narrow widths. Not a scan alone — a person went through it.

What passes

• Every page is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator at each step and a skip link as the first stop.
• All text meets or exceeds the AA contrast minimum against its background.
• One main heading per page, in a logical order, so a screen reader can navigate by structure.
• Decorative artwork is hidden from screen readers rather than described at them.
• No horizontal scrolling down to a 320-pixel width, so the site reflows for magnification.
• The one animated moment on the site respects a reduced-motion preference.

What doesn’t, and what to do instead

The scheduler on our booking page cannot be fully operated by keyboard. It is a third-party tool. You can move through the dates, but you cannot reach the available times after choosing a date, and you cannot change month. We have reported it, and we do not control the fix.

So there is another way in, and it is not a lesser one. Email hello@thewayfinderOS.com with two or three times that suit you and Fiorella will confirm one. Same twenty minutes, same person, no scheduler involved. That option is on the booking page too, directly beneath the scheduler.
