Book a call

Book a call

Twenty minutes, with the person who’d actually do the work

Not a rep, not a demo, not a discovery process with three stages. One short call with Fiorella.

What happens on it

You tell us roughly what’s going on in the business. We ask a few questions. We answer whatever this site didn’t.

Then you get a straight read on whether there’s anything here for you, and if there is, which way in makes sense. If there isn’t, you’ll hear that on the call rather than after a proposal, and usually we’ll tell you what we’d do instead.

Fifteen to twenty minutes. That’s genuinely all it takes to know whether a longer conversation is worth either of our time.

What it isn’t

No slide deck. No product tour. Nobody chasing you.

You will get one note afterward with whatever useful came out of the conversation, whether or not we end up working together. If you’d rather not hear from us at all, say so and that’s the end of it.

What to bring

Nothing prepared. But if you’ve already tried something and it didn’t work, that’s the most useful thing you can tell us, so come ready to say what it was and where it broke.

And bring the question you’d ask if you were trying to catch us out. That’s the one we want.

Pick a time

If you’d rather not use the scheduler, or it won’t cooperate with your keyboard or screen reader, email hello@thewayfinderOS.com with two or three times that suit you. Fiorella will confirm one. Same twenty minutes either way.

A few questions when you book

They take two minutes and they’re not a screening exercise. Twenty minutes is short, and these let us skip the warm-up and get straight to your situation.

  1. What does the business do, and roughly how many people?

  2. What’s the repeating work you’d most want off someone’s plate?

  3. Have you tried anything already? What was it, and where did it fall down?

  4. What made you start looking now? (optional)

If twenty minutes isn’t what you need

You’d rather write than talk. Email hello@thewayfinderOS.com and tell us in three sentences what the business does and where it hurts. A person will answer you.

You want someone to actually work through the business. That’s the AI Reality Check, a paid session of an hour or more where we go through where the business is, what’s holding it back, and where AI would and wouldn’t help. The fee credits toward anything you start with us afterward. Mention it when you book and we’ll set that up instead.

You’re in Latin America or you’d rather do this in Spanish. Either is fine. Just say so when you book.
