These terms cover your use of this website. They don’t cover paid engagements with us — those are governed by a separate written agreement, and if the two ever conflict, the engagement agreement wins.
Using this site
Read it, share it, quote it with attribution. Don’t attempt to breach it, scrape it wholesale, use it to train a model, or use it for anything unlawful.
What’s on here isn’t advice
The content on this site is general information about how we work. It isn’t legal, financial, tax, compliance, or technical advice for your situation, and you shouldn’t act on it as though it were. Every business is different, which is most of the point we’re making throughout.
Nothing here is an offer
Descriptions of our services, approach, and engagement types are illustrative. They aren’t a quote, a commitment, or an offer to contract. Only a written proposal signed by both of us creates any obligation, and the proposal governs scope, price, timing, and inclusions.
About the examples
Where we describe client engagements, clients are not named and identifying details are removed or generalised. Descriptions are accurate as of the date shown but reflect a moment in time. Another business’s outcome tells you nothing reliable about yours.
No guarantees
We don’t promise results, percentages, time savings, or revenue outcomes, here or anywhere else. AI systems are not deterministic, and we say so plainly rather than implying otherwise.
Booking a call and contacting us
When you book a call or send us a message, you give us your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to prepare, to hold the conversation, and to follow up once afterward. How we handle it is in our Privacy Policy.

We link to third-party sites occasionally. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what’s on them.
No warranties
This website is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any content on it is complete, accurate, or current. Any reliance you place on this site is at your own risk.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayfinder Consulting LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use this website, whether the claim is based in contract, tort including negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website and these terms will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.
If you are engaged with us under a written services agreement, that agreement — not this section — governs our liability for the work.
Your responsibility to us
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wayfinder Consulting LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any provision isn’t a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this website.
Changes
We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
